Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding order. Our team reviews quantity, product, destination, and packaging needs before sharing a quotation.

Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote (typically 7–14 days) unless materials or freight costs change materially.

Each B2B listing shows a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and unit type (piece, set, or carton).

Mixed-assortment orders may be accepted when total volume meets MOQ guidelines. Final MOQ is confirmed in writing with your quote.

Tier prices shown on B2B listings are indicative wholesale starting points.

Volume, custom packaging, branding, and delivery destination may adjust the final rate. Share a target price in your enquiry if you wish to negotiate.

Lead times are estimates from order confirmation and advance payment (where applicable). Handmade and made-to-order runs may take longer during peak seasons.

We will notify you promptly if production timelines shift.

Wholesale orders typically require an advance as stated in the quotation, with balance due before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance of the quote and receipt of the agreed advance.

Bulk orders are packed for trade transit. Freight options (surface/air/courier) and costs are confirmed with your quote.

Insurance, duties, and destination charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Natural variation in handmade goods is expected and not a defect.

Report transit damage or material shortages within 48 hours of delivery with photos and packing details so we can assess a replacement or credit.
