By accessing SBB Art & Crafts, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

All products are handcrafted. Natural variations in colour, texture, grain, glaze, and finish are expected and are not considered defects.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice.

Product availability is subject to stock. We may limit quantities per customer or cancel orders placed in error.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when you receive an order confirmation email or when we begin processing.

Payment is due at checkout via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) or Cash on Delivery where available. COD orders may require verification.

We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, bulk reselling without authorisation, or violation of these terms.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Handmade or made-to-order pieces may require additional lead time.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Full shipping terms are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Eligible unused items may be returned within the stated window.

Custom, personalised, clearance, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and approve the return.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Provide accurate registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
