How we pack, ship, and support returns for SBB Art & Crafts orders across India.
We ship handcrafted products from Jaipur, Rajasthan across India.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
You will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order ships.
Every piece is packed by hand with protective fillers suited to ceramics, wood, metal, and textiles.
We use recyclable boxes and minimise single-use plastic wherever possible, while still ensuring fragile handicrafts travel safely.
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the outer box and contents before discarding packaging, and contact us within 48 hours.
Free shipping applies on eligible orders above our current free-shipping threshold (see checkout for the latest amount).
Below the threshold, a standard shipping fee is calculated at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible pin codes with an additional fee if enabled.
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection.
Custom, personalised, clearance, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, email support@sbbartncrafts.com with your order number, reason, and photos if relevant.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost when the issue is confirmed on our end.
Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
International shipping is currently limited. If you are ordering from outside India, please contact sales@sbbartncrafts.com before placing an order so we can confirm feasibility, duties, and timelines.
