This Privacy Policy applies to SBB Art & Crafts (SBBCRAFTS), operated from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean SBB Art & Crafts. When we say “you”, we mean a visitor, customer, or account holder on our website.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details when you checkout or create an account.

We also collect technical data automatically, including device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and referral source, to keep the site secure and improve performance.

If you contact us, submit a support ticket, or send a B2B enquiry, we store the content of that communication.

We use your information to process and fulfil orders, send confirmations and delivery updates, provide customer support, and manage returns.

We use account data to personalise your experience — saved addresses, order history, wishlist, and communication preferences.

We may send service emails (order updates, password resets, verification). Marketing emails are sent only when you opt in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Razorpay handles payment data according to its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards.

We share delivery details with courier partners solely to ship your order. We may use email and hosting providers to operate the website.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember cart contents, and maintain site security.

If analytics or marketing tools are enabled, they may set additional cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Disabling cookies may limit some features such as staying signed in or saving cart items.

We retain order and account records as long as needed to fulfil orders, comply with tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and secure hosting — to protect your data.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and keeping your login details private.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@sbbartncrafts.com.

You can update profile details and communication preferences from your account settings.

If you believe your data has been misused, you may contact us and we will respond within 1–2 business days.
